With over 30 years experience, Susan Botello and Brian Washington have been working in private practice for all or most of that time.
Susan is a licensed social worker (LICSW, MSW) and Brian is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a certified alcohol and drug addiction counselor (CADAC, LADC1).
We offer an individualized approach to therapy, knowing that each situation is unique. We utilize a relational approach which allows us to connect to our clients and challenge them from that place of connection.
We Balance Behavioral Health is a private pay practice and we do not accept any forms of insurance, but we do accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
Receipts are provided for clients with non HMO insurance policies and they will be reimbursed directly in accordance with their specific out-of-network benefit plan.
Sessions at We Balance Behavioral Health last 50 minutes. In most cases, we start with weekly sessions and extend the time between sessions as the person or group progresses in treatment.
Yes, We Balance Behavioral Health offers in-person at our offices in Osterville, MA as well as virtual appointments.
We request that you give a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to cancel a session.
This session will be structured to gather background information and set goals for ongoing treatment.
We require a client’s consent before we will in any way communicate with collaterals.
We treat substance abuse, gambling, video game, food and any addictions driven by compulsive behaviors and obsessive thoughts.
